Late last year, tiny cafés, bakeries and restaurants started to appear in the city of Malmö, Sweden. Although not for human use, they are the perfect size for squeaky little mice. Each scene is complete with minute and intricate details, such as loaves of bread in the bakery windows, little mouse sized posters, and decorative flower gardens.
These miniature businesses are created in basement windows, and incorporate everyday items such as buttons, match sticks and jar lids. In the Möllevången neighborhood you can view a tiny cheese store, and nut shop, among others.
Who is responsible for such a creative, whimsical and entertaining concept you may ask. They call themselves AnonyMouse MMX.
Their latest achievement? The creation of a mouse-sized theme park, complete with ferris wheel, fortune teller, and a cat shaped ride labelled the ‘jaws of terror’.
