Those of you from the U.K. or Australia have probably already heard of the almighty Jaffa Cake. For those of you unfamiliar with the concept, a Jaffa Cake is a little cookie sized cake, topped with orange jelly/jello and dark chocolate.
Seeing as orange and chocolate are a perfect combination, these mini cakes are just yum.

They are simple to make. However, you must allow enough time for the jelly/jello to set, and they can be a little fiddly when assembling. It’s worth it though. They taste just as good, if not better than the real thing.
